Facility cleaning & maintenance
Simpler facility cleaning.
With technology behind it.
Concentrated products for condominiums, offices, schools, hospitals, restaurants and industry. You dilute right, spend less water, plastic and money — and our team trains yours.
Why it's simple
One right product for each place. That's it.
You don't need to understand chemistry. We look at your operation, recommend the product for each area and the right dilution, and train whoever applies it. The result shows on the bill and in the building.
My team uses the wrong product, or the wrong dilution, and we lose money.
We train your team on the right dilution for each product — and keep following up after the purchase.
I need to cut cost without losing cleaning quality.
A concentrate goes further per liter bought: you buy less often and use only the right amount.
I'm under pressure to reduce the building's environmental footprint.
Less water, less plastic and less waste in every bucket. Truly biodegradable: 100% in 28 days, ALS Global report.
The concentrate math
One liter you buy becomes up to two hundred ready to use.
That is what "1:200 dilution" means. Less freight, less stock, less packaging — and a cost per working liter far below ready-to-use products.

Which cleaning products are used in companies and condominiums?
Multi-purpose cleaner, general disinfectant, restroom cleaner, neutral floor detergent, kitchen degreaser and hand soap. Our line covers the six areas with concentrated products.
What is the difference between a disinfectant and a sanitizer?
A disinfectant eliminates microorganisms on surfaces and has lab reports for that; a sanitizer reduces microbial load to safe levels, as in food areas. Each product's data sheet says what it does and where to use it.
Does a concentrate go further than a conventional product?
Yes. One liter of a 1:200 concentrate becomes two hundred liters of working solution. You buy less often, store less and throw away less packaging.
How do I choose a professional cleaning supplier?
Ask for efficacy reports, technical and safety data sheets for each product, and ask whether the supplier trains your team. Without training, the right product gets used wrong.
Do biodegradable products clean as well as conventional ones?
They do. Ours have reports against S. aureus, Salmonella, E. coli, Pseudomonas and KPC, and 100% biodegradation in 28 days (ALS Global, OECD 301D).
